What is Vanora Liveaboard
Vanora is an extraordinary 52-meter luxury liveaboard, built with an aluminum hull to ensure safety and provide a stabilized ride. We are the fastest liveaboard operating in Thailand, with a cruising speed of 20 knots—less travel time means more restful sleep.
We’ve embraced modern onboard technology, placing utmost priority on safety and comfort.
Opulence is defined through soft, neutral-toned décor, elevated by the convenience of posh amenities. Relax in spacious suites and cozy bedding after an eventful day of diving.

The dive decks are equipped with rain showers and individual dive locker stations for easy access to scuba equipment and photography gear—giving you more time to enjoy what matters most: diving.

Destination
From October to May, our base of operations is the captivating island of Phuket, offering two enticing route options: North Andaman and South Andaman.
The North Andaman route promises immersion in breathtaking underwater landscapes, with crystal-clear waters surrounding Similan Island, Bon Island, Tachai Island, and the remarkable underwater rock formation known as Richelieu Rock.
The South Andaman route takes you to Thailand’s southernmost point, Lipe Island, and the renowned 8-Mile Marker. Along the way, you’ll explore the legendary underwater formations of Hin Muang and Hin Daeng, adorned with exquisite soft corals and offering the thrilling possibility of encounters with majestic marine giants such as whale sharks and manta rays. Capture awe-inspiring silhouette shots against the backdrop of Haa Island’s captivating underwater caves.

Experience a tranquil night’s rest on our ultra-comfortable beds, draped in plush, luxurious bedding that envelops you in pure comfort. Each room features individual temperature control and a nightly infusion of fresh oxygen to ensure deep, restorative sleep. Slip into the provided bathrobes and slippers for added coziness, and enjoy on-demand movies on large, high-definition in-room TVs. For early risers, each suite includes a personal Nespresso machine—perfect for savoring your first cup of coffee before the morning dive.
Our thoughtfully designed bathrooms feature clearly defined wet and dry zones, complete with air-conditioning for optimal comfort. The smart glass shower stalls offer privacy, allowing two guests to use the space simultaneously. For added convenience, toilets are equipped with advanced vacuum suction systems, similar to those found on aircraft. Plush bath towels are refreshed every two days, and every room is equipped with a Dyson hair dryer to help you style your hair effortlessly.
Diving
Over half of our crew are certified dive leaders, each with over 10 years of experience. For guests seeking to elevate their diving skills, we offer convenient certification packages for Advanced Open Water and Nitrox Diving. Certified Nitrox divers can also enjoy the added benefit of complimentary Nitrox throughout the duration of their trip.
As part of our commitment to diver well-being, we’ve thoughtfully designed a Diver Wellness Care program, which includes tailored spa treatments. As a gesture of appreciation, each guest receives a complimentary 30-minute spa treatment. For those desiring additional indulgence, extra sessions can be arranged upon request.

The vessel
The name “VANORA” originates from Old Welsh, meaning “white wave.” Our mission is to set a new standard in hospitality at sea—leading the way in redefining luxury service for our esteemed guests, just as our yacht creates waves while gliding through the pristine waters along Thailand’s coastlines. In keeping with this inspiration, all of our suites are named after the word “wave” in various languages.
Completed in October 2023, our yacht spans an impressive 52 meters and features a sleek, durable aluminum hull, ensuring both strength and agility. Safety is a top priority, and we proudly maintain Lloyd’s Register (LR) classification. Powered by two robust Cummins KTA-50 engines, VANORA achieves a cruising speed of 20 knots, making it one of the fastest yachts operating in Thai waters.
